Description
Ottoman’s Life Hotel Deluxe is a contemporary hospitality project located in Istanbul, developed through a narrative-driven architectural approach that combines luxury accommodation, wellness-oriented design, and multifunctional event spaces within a cohesive spatial framework. The project aims to create a refined guest experience by balancing aesthetics, operational efficiency, cultural sensitivity, and safety-driven planning. Spanning a total built area of approximately 26,500 m², the design integrates a comprehensive hospitality program including guest accommodations, social areas, and large-scale wellness facilities. A key architectural feature is the 3,000 m² wellness and fitness complex, designed with fully separated facilities for women and men, ensuring privacy-focused spatial organization aligned with user expectations and cultural context. The project includes a 600-person grand ballroom, a 100-person meeting hall, and a 16-person VIP meeting room, enabling a wide spectrum of events ranging from international conferences to private gatherings. Circulation strategies prioritize clarity between public, semi-private, and private zones, enhancing both operational performance and guest comfort. Material selection, lighting strategy, and spatial proportions were carefully considered to establish a timeless yet contemporary hospitality atmosphere. The integration of architecture, interior design, and engineering disciplines resulted in a cohesive environment where functionality and emotional experience coexist seamlessly.
